妊娠期个体化医学营养管理对新生儿营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期个体化膳食指导和营养管理对新生儿状况的影响。方法:纳入妊娠早中期(孕周<24周)首次空腹血糖(FPG)检测≥5.1mmol/L且<7.0mmol/L的孕妇300名,以随机数字表法均分为2组:对照组进行常规孕期营养指导;观察组进行个体化医学营养管理以及至少8周的随访。统计对比2组妊娠期糖尿病发生率及新生儿中低质量儿、早产儿、巨大儿及营养不良的发生情况。结果:观察组妊娠期糖尿病发生率明显低于对照组,新生儿中低质量儿、早产儿、巨大儿及营养不良发生率明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期个体化膳食指导和营养管理有助于降低妊娠糖尿病发生率、改善新生儿营养状况,值得推广。Objective To probe into the influence of individualized dietary guidance and nutrition management for neonatal status. Methods 300 pregnant women were selected and who in the early and middle pregnancy （gestational age 〈24 weeks）for the first time,fasting blood glucose （FPG）detection≥5.1mmol/L and 〈7.0mmol/L,and who were divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table sharing method.In the control group,they were given routine pregnancy nutrition guidance while in the observation group,they were given the individual medical nutrition management and follow -up for at least 8 weeks.Then,theincidence of gesta-tional diabetes and neonatal low weight infant,premature infant,fetal macrosomia and the occurrence of malnutritionof two groups were statistical compared.Results The incidence of gestational diabetes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The low quality of newborn infants,premature infants,macrosomia and the incidence of malnutrition were significantly less than those in the control group,and the differences was significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Thepersonalized dietary guidance and nutrition management during the pregnancywhich can helps to reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes,improve neonatal prognosis,thus-should be promoted.
