中医健康宣教在社区高血压管理100例中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析中医健康宣教在社区高血压患者管理中的应用价值。方法:选取规范管理的高血压患者200例,均给予西医降压治疗,随机均分为对照组和观察组各100例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:1与治疗前相比,两组患者的SBP、DBP均明显改善,前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90%,对照组为75%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区高血压患者的管理中,将中医健康宣教应用其中,可明显提高疗效,具有较高的临床实践价值。Objective To analyze the application value of health education in the management of hypertension patients in community. Methods 200 cases of hypertension patients from community hospital in our hospital,were treated with western medicine treatment of hy-pertension,and were randomly divided to control group （was given traditional Chinese medicine health education）and observation group （treated with TCMhealth education）,two groups are included 100 patients,were compared between the two groups of therapeutic effect. Results ①Compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with SBP and DBP were significantly improved,the difference was sig-nificant （P 〈0.05）,and the observation group was better than the control group,had significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）;②The total effective rate in observation group was 90%,the control group was 75%,the differences between the two groups was significantly （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion In the management of hypertension patients in community,the application of health education in traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the curative effect,and has high clinical practice value.
