摘 要:目的运用CT模拟机pulmo 4D-CT扫描成像技术观察胸部肿瘤的运动幅度及在呼吸周期中的形态变化,为肿瘤临床医生提供更加准确的肿瘤CTV和PTV靶区,以实现精确治疗。结果通过观察对比肺部肿瘤常规CT扫描和pulmo 4D-CT扫描的结果,发现相较于使用常规CT扫描成像技术能为临床提供更精确的靶区,避免脱靶,造成靶区的遗漏。因此,临床胸部肿瘤定位4D-CT扫描技术值得推广运用。Objective By CT machine pulmo 4D-CT scanning imaging observation of chest tumor motion amplitude and in the respiratory cycle morphological changes, and provide more accurate tumor CTV and PTV target area for the clinicians in tumor, in order to achieve the accurate treatment. Results Through the observation of the lung tumor contrast conventional CT scan and pulmo 4D-CT scanning Results. It is found that compared with conventional CT scanning imaging technique for clinical provide more accurate target area, to avoid off target, resulting in the omission of the target area. Therefore, the clinical chest tumor localization of 4D-CT scanning technology is worthy of promotion and use.
