摘　　要：安乐死一直是刑法学关注的话题。安乐死合法化在理论上有着坚实的基础 ,同时社会生活实例的增多和民意的支持也表明了对其规范化调整的必要性。作为法律对现实的应对 ,结合我国实际并借鉴国外已有的立法实例 。Whether enthanasia is lawful or not is a widely disputed issue in the field of law.By analyzing the origin of euthanasia and the theoretical basis of its legalization,the author expounds the necessary legal standardization that is needed in dealing with euthanasia in our country and proposes a conceptual legal framework that can be explored in legalizing euthanasia in the future.\;
