摘 要:区域反季旅游是旅游地应对旅游要素季节性冲突的有效策略组合,其出现与发展受政府休假政策、地区气候特征、企业反季营销、居民出游观念等诸多因素的共同影响。首先,在阐述区域反季旅游概念内涵、发展特征的基础上,通过模糊综合评判法从旅游需求与供给方面识别和筛选出区域反季旅游发展的8大类20项影响因素指标,其次,运用解释结构模型对影响因素体系的层次结构及相互关系给予分析,进而得出区域反季旅游发展的直接性影响因素、间接性影响因素与根本性影响因素,最后,从政府主管部门、出行游客个体、地区旅游企业等方面提出区域反季旅游发展的相关对策建议。The development of regional anti-season tourism is the effective strategy combination to deal with the seasonal conflicts of tourism elements.Its appearance and development are affected by many factors,such as government holiday policy,regional climate characteristics,corporate anti-season marketing and residents travel concepts.Firstly,based on the elaboration of the concept connotation and development features of regional anti-season tourism,the paper identified and selected the 8 major categories and 20 factors affecting the development of regional anti-season tourism by the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.Secondly,we analyzed the hierarchical structure and the relationship of factors influencing the regional anti-season tourism by using the Interpretive Structural Model,and identified the direct influence factors,the indirect influence factors and the fundamental factors of the regional anti-season tourism.Lastly,from the perspectives of government departments,tourists themselves and regional tourism enterprises,some relevant countermeasures have been put forward to promote development of regional anti-season tourism.
