摘  要:用氙灯光源代替太阳光来模拟光老化对无铬鞣革内部结构稳定性的研究,以光照后萃取液中游离甲醛、单宁、苯酚和丙烯酰胺的含量变化,来表征其光照稳定性。试验设定温度50℃,湿度50%,辐照度800W/m2,分别光照0、30、60、90、120、150和180h,后将各对应光照时间的样品进行测量分析,试验发现,随着光照时间的延长,游离甲醛含量降低,单宁和苯酚含量呈先增加后降低的趋势,丙烯酰胺含量几乎为零,且样品经一段时间的光照后,革样的表面色度逐渐变浅。由此可以得出,无铬鞣革在光照下,其革内结构稳定性受到一定的影响。Xe- lamp light, instead of sunlight, was used to stimulate sunlight aging to the stability of inner structure of chrome - free leather. The content of free formaldehyde, tannin, acrylamide and phenol was determined and used to characterize the stability under the light. The experiments condition was as follows: temperature was 50~C, humidity was 50% and spectral irradiance was 800W/m2, the series of light times were 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180h, respectively. Leather samples after lighting were measured and analyzed. The experiment shows that with the light time increase the free formaldehyde decreases, the tannin and phenol increases first and then decreases, acrylamide almost could not be detected. And after some time lighting, the leather surface color becomes faded. Therefore it indicates that the light has impact on the stability of chrome-free leather.
