摘 要:考察了3种少铬结合鞣法对绵羊毛皮的鞣制特性、高温染色性能及物理性能的影响,并与常规铬鞣(16g/L铬鞣剂)进行了对比。分别用10g/L两性聚合物、酚类和有机膦盐鞣剂预鞣,再用2g/L铬鞣剂结合鞣,均可使绵羊毛皮的收缩温度高于90℃。在高温染色过程中,皮板均未发生收缩,其中两性聚合物-少铬结合鞣毛皮的铬结合牢度最高,且其电荷性质最接近常规铬鞣毛皮,因而其对加脂剂和染板染料的吸收率也最高,所得毛皮的各项性能均与常规铬鞣毛皮相当。Three types of organic tanning agents ( amphoteric polymer, phenolic syntan and phosphonium salt) were used in less chrome combination tanning of sheep fur, respectively. The" tanning properties, high temperature dyeing performances of tanned fur and physical properties of the resultant furs were investigated. Conventional chrome tannage (16g/L chrome tanning agent) was used for comparison. The results show that the shrinkage temperatures of the combination when the furs are pre - tanned with 10g/L organic tanning agent and tanned by 2g/L chrome tanned furs are all higher than 90~C tanning agent. In addition, shrinkage of the furs is not observed during high temperature dyeing. The combination tanned fur with amphoteric polymer achieves the high- est binding strength to chrome. Among the three less chrome combination tanning systems,the charge character of the amphoteric polymer combination tanned fur is the closest to that of conventional chrome tanned fur. Therefore,the amphoteric polymer combi- nation tanned fur exhibits the highest uptake rate of fatliquor and dyestuff and the favorable physical properties, which are compara- ble to the conventional chrome tanned fur.
