品管圈在降低自动发药机卡药数目中的应用

摘　　要：目的降低自动发药机卡坏药品数目。方法将品管圈活动应用于降低自动发药机卡坏药品数目中,分析药品被卡坏的主要原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果开展品管圈活动后,自动发药机卡坏药品数目由活动前52盒/月降低为12盒/月。结论推行品管圈活动降低了自动发药机卡坏药品数目,减少了药房药品损失。Objective To reduce the damage caused to medicine by automatic medicine. Methods Apply the quality control circle to reduce the damage caused to medicine by automatic medicine. Analyze the main reason of the damage, work out action plan and implement it. Meanwhile assess the performance of this solution. Results After implementation of quality control circle, the damaged medicine has been reduced from 52 boxes per month to 12 boxes per month. Conclusion Implementation of quality control circle has reduced the damage to the medicine, which decreased the loss of pharmacy.
