小针刀结合局部封闭治疗急性腰扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小针刀结合局部封闭治疗急性腰扭伤的临床观察。方法:自2013年6月—2015年6月门诊及住院患者205例,所有患者均符合急性腰扭伤的诊断,随机分为治疗组102例和对照组103例,治疗均使用局部封闭治疗,治疗组联合小针刀治疗。结果:2组治愈率及有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)治疗组治愈率、有效率明显高于对照组。结论:小针刀结合局部封闭治疗急性腰扭伤具有明显的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the Small needle knifes combined with Local closed surgery in treatment of the acute lumbar sprains. Method： 205 patients with acute lumbar sprain from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group with 102 cases and control group with 103 cases. The control group was treated with Local closed surgery, and the treatment group was treated with the Small needle knifes combined with Local closed surgery. Results： The treatment group rate of efficiency is higher than The control group as well as the cure rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The obvious clinical curative effect with small needle knife combined with Local closed surgery for the treatment of acute lumbar sprains.
