摘　　要：本文结合上海市公共机构能耗监测平台的建设目标,提出了设计内容与系统架构,并归纳了系统的设计要点,平台为节能主管、物业管理等部门进行能耗分析提供了很好的技术支撑。According to the construction goal of energy consumption monitoring system for public institutions in Shanghai, the article is put forward to the design content and system architecture, and summarizes the design key points of the system platform. The energy consumption analysis provides a good technical support for the department in charge of energy conservation and property management.
