摘 要:通过对裂解汽油加氢技术的研究,在工艺流程和换热网络两方面提出优化方案。通过对工艺流程的改进,达到提升副产品价值和降低能耗的目的,进一步借用夹点分析技术对装置进行能量分析,提出多套优化换热方案并进行能耗对比,给出切实可行的换热网络集成优化建议,达到降低公用工程消耗和初始投资费用的目的。经工艺流程和换热网络的优化,可提高产品价值,降低装置能耗20%~40%,极大地提高了装置的经济效益。This paper studies the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation technology,and gives some suggestions on the optimization of process flow and heat exchange network.The process flow is optimized to improve the value of byproducts and reduce the energy consumption.In addition,based on the energy analysis of the unit by using pinch analysis technology.a series of methods for the optimization of heal exchange network are proposed and the energy consumption of these methods arc compared.As a conclusion,some practical suggestions regarding the integrated optimization of heat exchange network are put forward to reduce the utility consumption and the initial investment cost.Through the optimization of process flow and heat exchange network,the value of products can be improved and the energy consumption can be reduced by 20%-40%.enormously improving the economic benefit of the unit.
