摘 要:视频会议是现今广泛使用的一种会议方式。视频会议发展至今主要分为硬件视频会议和软件视频会议两类。硬件视频会议系统拥有集成度高、安全性高、稳定性高的特点,但其高昂的成本使得无法大规模部署;软件视频会议系统费用低,使用方便。但会议的稳定性和视频质量相比于硬件视频系统较低。针对客户群体和应用领域的不同需求,要利用它们各自的特点来部署视频会议系统。介绍了视频会议的定义、分类方式及举例说明软硬件视频会议优缺点,分析了当前视频会议中的主流协议,以及视频会议在企业中的应用。As the most widely used form of meeting nowadays,video conference is mainly divided into hardware video conference and software video conference.Hardware video conference system has features of high integration,high security and high stability,but it cannot be massively applied to enterprises because of the high cost.Software video conference system has the advantages of low cost and convenient operation,but the stability and quality of video conference are relatively low compared with those of hardware video conference system.Appropriate video conference system should be selected based on their respective characteristics according to the different requirements of customers and applications.This article introduces the definition and classification of video conference,illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of software and hardware video conference,and analyzes the mainstream protocol of current video conference and the application of the video conference in enterprises.
