摘　　要：房地产投资质量的关键影响因素是其投资环境,因此做好房地产投资环境的评价工作是投资商选择投资地的重要前期工作。本文选择经济环境、自然环境、基础设施环境以及生活服务设施环境四个方面作为投资环境的主要参考变量,利用熵权法对广东省10个城市的投资环境进行了评价分析,为投资商的投资选择提供一定的借鉴意义。The investment environment is the critical factor affecting the quality of real estate investment.So the preparatory work to the evaluation of real estate investment environment is important to the investors for decision. This paper selects economic environment, natural environment, infrastructure and living facilities as the major reference variable for investment environment evaluation. At the same time, this paper applies the entropy method into the evaluation of investment environment for 10 cities in Guangdong. To some extent, the result of evaluation can give some help to the decision of investors.
