摘　　要：人口老龄化已经成为当今世界大多数国家都面临的一个突出的社会问题。而我国新疆地区也进入了老龄化社会,老年服务机构开始快速发展、壮大,现实需求大批有知识和经验的社会工作者进入机构为老年人服务。本文通过对新疆多所老年公寓、养老院等老年服务机构的考察和研究,分析和了解在那里工作的社会工作者的作用及现状,并对出现的问题和不足进行了探析,提出了解决的思路和方法。The aging population has become a prominent social problem in most countries of the world. The Xinjiang of China has also entered the aging society, and the aging service agencies have been growing rapidly. The real fact needs more experienced social workers take the jobs in those agencies for elderly services. In this paper, through the investigation and research on the services provided by the aging service agencies like apartments, hospitals and other specialized institutions for aged people, and analyze and understanding the function and present situation of those social workers, and put forward the solutions and concrete methods for the problems and shortcomings occurred in those agencies.
