摘　　要：对1号高炉特护期间炉前采取的操作措施进行总结。特护初期由于铁口周围冷却壁漏水等原因使铁口维护困难,通过优化出铁制度、维护INBA、维护泥套,采取全员培训、强化管理等措施,在铁口维护方面取得进步,减轻了不当的炉前操作对特护工作的不利影响。The measures in operation taken during the time of special care on stokehold in No. 1 blast furnace of WISCO were introduced. At the beginning of special care,the taphole was hard to maint because of some causes such as leaking water in cooling stave around the taphole. Through optimizing tapping sytem,mainting INBA,mainting clay jacket,and training all workers and strengthening staff management,some technical progresses of taphole maintenance were made,the nagetive influence of operation on stokehold during the special care was relieved.
