大型球团回转窑用耐火材料行业标准的研究

摘　　要：通过对大型球团回转窑用浇注料及预制砖的性能分析与调研,发现球团回转窑用耐火材料性能要求不一,影响回转窑的使用寿命,因此有必要建立球团回转窑用耐火材料的行业标准。通过对球团回转窑用浇注料及预制砖的关键性能指标作出规范要求,制定行业标准,从而利于提高球团回转窑的使用寿命,提高作业效率。The Castable and pre-cast brick used for the large-scale pellet rotary kilns were surveyed and analysed. It is found that the performance requirements of refractory used for pellet rotary kiln are different,which affect the service life of rotary kiln. It is necessary to establish the technical standard of refractories used for large-scale pellet rotary kilns. The service life and working efficiency of the rotary kiln would improve by requesting the key performance of castable and pre-cast brick and establishing of technical standard.
