摘　　要：介绍了琴钢丝用线材SWRH72B-TH的试制过程。通过合理的夹杂物控制和控冷工艺控制,生产出了合格的琴钢丝用线材。实物质量检验表明,该钢种钢质纯净度高、强塑性匹配好,产品性能满足用户要求。The manufacturing process of pinao wire SWRH72B-TH was introduced. Through reasonable inclusion control and cooling process control,the qualified piano wire was produced. Physical quality test results showed that,the purity of steel was high,strength and plasticity well matched,the performance of the products met requirements of the user.
