摘 要:武钢热轧某厂卷取温度(CT)模型早期在薄规格(厚度≤2.0 mm)镀锡板高速轧制的情况下,CT控制精度不高,主要表现在卷取咬钢后和精轧抛钢前带钢卷取温度超高。设计开发1种分段偏差冷却控制策略,通过在带钢全长局部范围内分段设定目标CT偏差值,实现CT分段精确控制。实际CT控制精度数据证明,该策略取得了良好的效果,满足了产品质量性能要求,改善了二级系统CT模型的控制精度。In one plant of Hot Strip Mill,the cooling temperature control precision of the thin( gauge≤2.0 mm) tin-plate was not good at early stage,because its cooling temperature model could not response timely in high rolling speed after strip head entered into coiler and before strip tail threw out of the finish mill,which resulted in cooling temperature too high. A strategy about segment offset cooling control by setting up different aim cooling temperature offsets in specified distances of the strip was designed,the control precision of different subsections or distances was implemented. Actual cooling temperature control precision data showed that the effect of the strategy was good,the strategy met the requirements of the product quality performance and improved the control precision of the L2 system cooling temperature model.
