摘　　要：阐述了武钢2 250 mm热轧厂基础自动化系统的升级。包括系统升级的背景、系统的结构和升级内容,列举了改造过程中典型问题的解决方案。为解决程序管理的安全性,编写了批处理文件。升级后系统性能有了较大的提升,新系统响应速度更快,CPU负载低,运行更稳定。The upgrade of 2 250 mm HSM basic automation system in WISCO was described. The background of system upgrade,the structure of the system and the contents of this upgrade were introducted.The solutions for typical problems in the transformation process were listed. To solve the security of program management,the batch files were prepared. After the upgrad,the system performance has been greatly improved and the responsing speed of the new system was faster,CPU load was low and the operation was more stable.
