摘  要:目的:对比手指脉搏血压持续监测(FNBPM)和24 h动态血压(24 h ABPM)测量的血压变异性(BPV)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的相关性。方法:分别使用FNBPM和24 h ABPM测量60例患者的BPV,用超声测量受检者CIMT。结果:CIMT增厚组(CIMT≥1.0 mm)年龄比CIMT正常组(CIMT<1.0 mm)年龄大(P<0.001);24 h ABPM测量的24 h收缩血压变异性(SBPV)和FNBPM测量的10 min SBPV、10 min DBPV与CIMT存在相关性,各个时间段的平均BPV与CIMT不存在相关性。多元线性回归法分析发现只有FNBPM测量的10 min舒张血压变异性SBPV与CIMT存在相关性。结论:使用FNBPM测量的BPV更能反映与CIMT的相关性。objective To compare the relationship between the blood pressure variability(BPV) with carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT) from finapres nonincasive blood pressure monitor(FNBPM) and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(24h ABPM). Method Calculate the BPV from 60 patients from in/outpatient department by FNBPM and 24 h ABPM.CIMT were measured by ultrasonography. Results Patients from increased CIMT group(CIMT ≥ 1.0) were older as compared with the normal group(CIMT 1.0)(P 0.001).The daytime and 24 hour systolic blood pressure variability(SBPV) from 24 h ABPM and 10 minute SBPV,10 minute DBPV were found to be correlated to the CIMT, but not mean blood pressure. Multiple regression analysis of the 24 hour SBPV, daytime SBPV,10 minute SBPV,10 minute DBPV with CIMT showed correlation between 10 minute SBPV and CIMT only. Conclusions The BPV from FNBPM has the highest correlation with CIMT.
