摘 要:目的探讨医护联合查房在神经内科病房的应用效果。方法实施传统查房模式与医护联合查房模式,医护联合查房包括改变观念、"多对多"、"一对一"联合查房,3个月后由护士长随机抽查责任护士对所管患者的个案护理、操作技能考核和自行设计的医生和患者对护理工作满意度问卷调查。结果医护联合查房与传统查房比较,护士的护理综合能力、患者对护理工作的满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论医护联合模式查房构建了和谐的医护关系,提高了护士的护理综合能力,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effects of physician - nurse joint ward round in the department of neurology. Methods Physician - nurse joint ward rounds was implemented in the department of neurology,which included change concept," many to many" and "one - to - one". The head nurse inspected the quality of case management and nursing skills of responsibility nurses at 3 months. Physicians'and patients'satisfaction with nursing work was inves- tigated using questionnaires. Results Physician - nurse joint ward rounds improved nurses'comprehensive ability, increased patients' satisfaction with nursing work ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Physician - nurse combined nursing ward rounds can promote harmonious physician - nurse relationship, improve nurses' comprehensive ability and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
