医护联合查房在神经内科病房应用的护理效应

摘　　要：目的探讨医护联合查房在神经内科病房的应用效果。方法实施传统查房模式与医护联合查房模式,医护联合查房包括改变观念、"多对多"、"一对一"联合查房,3个月后由护士长随机抽查责任护士对所管患者的个案护理、操作技能考核和自行设计的医生和患者对护理工作满意度问卷调查。结果医护联合查房与传统查房比较,护士的护理综合能力、患者对护理工作的满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论医护联合模式查房构建了和谐的医护关系,提高了护士的护理综合能力,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effects of physician - nurse joint ward round in the department of neurology. Methods Physician - nurse joint ward rounds was implemented in the department of neurology,which included change concept,＂ many to many＂ and ＂one - to - one＂. The head nurse inspected the quality of case management and nursing skills of responsibility nurses at 3 months. Physicians＇and patients＇satisfaction with nursing work was inves- tigated using questionnaires. Results Physician - nurse joint ward rounds improved nurses＇comprehensive ability, increased patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Physician - nurse combined nursing ward rounds can promote harmonious physician - nurse relationship, improve nurses＇ comprehensive ability and increase patients＇satisfaction with nursing work.
