摘 要:目的分析超声、钼靶及两者联合在三阴性乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法安阳市肿瘤医院病理确诊的68例三阴性乳腺癌患者,将超声及钼靶影像学特征按BI-RADS方法进行分级诊断,比较超声、钼靶及两者联合的诊断符合率,评价不同方法的应用价值。结果 68例患者超声检查正确60人,正确率88.2%。钼靶诊断正确49例,正确率72.1%,超声诊断符合率明显高于钼靶(χ^2=5.592,P=0.018〈0.05)。两种检查方法联合诊断正确64例,正确率94.1%,明显高于单独钼靶检查(χ^2=11.774,P=0.001〈0.05)。结论高频超声对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断符合率明显高于钼靶,两种方法联合可提高诊断率。Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound and mammography in diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer( TNBC) diagnoses. Methods According to ultrasound and mammography feathers,68 TNBC patients confirmed by pathology were diagnosed by BI-RADS system. Calculate the coincidence rate of ultrasound,mammography and combination of both method to study the diagnosis value in TNBC. Result 60 cases were correctly diagnosised by ultrasound and 49 cases by mammography. The correct rates were 88. 2% and 72. 1% respectively,ultrasound is much higher than mammography( χ^2= 5. 592,P = 0. 018 〈0. 05). Coincidence rate of combination method is 80. 3% and the number of correct diagnose cases were 61,statistically higher than mammography single( χ^2= 11. 774,P = 0. 001 〈0. 05). Conclusion The coincidence rate of ultrasound is much higher than mammography,the diagnosis value can be improved by combination.
