舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于前列腺经尿道电切汽化术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于前列腺经尿道电切汽化术的临床效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2013年5月—2015年9月收治的120例前列腺经尿道电切汽化术治疗患者作为研究对象,将患者随机均分为A、B、C三组,A组患者采取罗哌卡因麻醉,B组患者采取罗哌卡因联合芬太尼麻醉,C组患者采取舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因麻醉,观察对比三组患者持续镇痛时间、患者运动神经恢复时间及不良反应情况。结果 C组患者麻醉效果显著优于A组及B组,其镇痛持续时间长于A组、B组,运动神经恢复时间短于A组、B组,而B组患者镇痛时间及神经恢复时间均优于A组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;A组患者总不良反应率为5.00%,B组患者为2.50%,C组患者为2.50%,三组不良反应均较少,安全可行,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒芬太尼符合罗哌卡因麻醉效果好,镇痛时间长,患者运动神经恢复快,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical results of sufentanil and ropivacaine for transurethral vaporization of prostate surgery. Methods In our hospital in May 2013-September 2015 were treated 120 cases of prostate transurethral vaporization treatment of patients for the study,patients were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,A group of patients taking ropivacaine Cain anesthesia,group B patients to take ropivacaine combined with fentanyl,sufentanil group C patients to take joint ropivacaine anesthesia,observed and compared three groups of patients have sustained analgesia,patients with motor nerve recovery time and adverse reactions. Results Anesthetic effect in group C was significantly better than patients in group A and group B,which is longer than the duration of analgesia in group A,group B,motor nerve recovery time is shorter than in group A,group B,and group B patients analgesia and neurological recovery time were better than group a,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05; Paients in group A with adverse events was 5. 00% of the total,2. 50% of patients in group B,group C patients was 2. 50%,three groups of adverse reactions were less safe feasible,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Sufentanil in line with ropivacaine anesthetic effect,long duration of analgesia,patients with motor nerve rapid recovery,fewer adverse reactions.
