摘　　要：目的建立尿囊素乳膏含量测定的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。采用Eclipse XDB-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为色谱柱,柱温：30℃,流动相为甲醇：水=2∶98,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为224 nm。结果尿囊素在0.002 32-0.034 8 mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 4）,平均回收率为99.42%,RSD为0.17%。结论本法准确可靠,可用于尿囊素乳膏的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of allantoin cream. METHODS HPLC was carried out on column of Eclipse XDB-C18（ 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） and column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanolwater（ 2 ∶98） with flow rate of 1.0 mL / min,and the detecting wavelength was at 224 nm. RESULTS The linear range of Allantoin was 0.002 32-0.034 8 mg / mL（ r = 0.999 4） and the average recovery was 99.42%,RSD was 0.17%. CONCLUSION This method is reliable and accurate for the quality control of Allantoin cream.
