鼻内镜鼻窦开放术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的对真菌性鼻窦炎患者接受鼻内镜鼻窦开放手术治疗的效果进行研究。方法根据我院2013年9月-2015年6月64例真菌性鼻窦炎患者进行研究分析,共有32例患者接受Caldwell-Luc手术治疗,将其作为对照组,其余32例患者接受鼻内镜鼻窦开放手术治疗,作为观察组,对两组治疗效果和并发症情况进行对比分析。结果经过治疗后,观察组的临床治疗有效率是96.9%,对照组的治疗有效率是71.9%,观察组的临床治疗有效率比对照组高,结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率是3.1%,对照组的并发症发生率是15.7%,两组的并发症发生率对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜鼻窦开放术对真菌性鼻窦炎患者具有非常好的治疗效果,手术视野清晰,患者受到的创伤小,可以清除病变结构,保留鼻窦黏膜,临床治疗有效率高,复发率低。Objective To study the fungal sinusitis patients undergoing endoscopic sinus open surgery for treatment. Methods According to 64 cases of fungal sinusitis patients to conduct research and analysis in our hospital from September 2013 to June 2015. A total of 32 cases of patients underwent Caldwell Luc surgery,as the control group,the other 32 patients received endoscopic sinus surgery,as the observation group,of complications and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,the observation group of the effective rate was 96.9% and the effective rate of the treatment in the control group was 71.9%. In the observation group,the clinical effective rate was higher than in the control group. The results showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 3.1%,the complication rate of the control group was 15.7%,there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with fungal sinusitis has very good therapeutic effect,clear operation visual field,trauma victims,can clear the pathological changes in the structure,keeps sinus mucosa,clinical effective rate of the treatment is high,and has low recurrence rate.
