摘　　要：目的观察和分析髌骨骨折采用手术内固定方式治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院50例髌骨骨折的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者采取手术内固定治疗,对照组患者采取传统的方法治疗,并对两种方法的临床治疗效果进行分析探讨。结果治疗后,试验组患者的优良率为96.00%,高于对照组患者的68.00%;对照组不良反应的发生率为40.00%高于试验组的12.00%,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手术内固定的方法治疗髌骨骨折,疗效优越安全。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the patella fractures within internal fixation surgery treatment. Methods 50 cases of patellar fracture patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group patients were taken internal fixation treatment,the control group of patients were taken the traditional method of treatment,and the clinical results of the two methods were analyzed and explored. Results After treatment,the good rate in the experimental group of patients was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 68.00% in the control group of patients. The adverse reaction rate was 40.00% in the control group,which was significantly higher than 12.00% in the experimental group,the results were statistically Learn meaningful（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The internal fixation method for treatment of patellar fracture efficacy has superior safety.
