颅内血肿微创术救治重症老年脑出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内血肿微创术救治重症老年脑出血的疗效。方法采用颅内血肿微创术对60例重症老年高血压性脑出血进行救治,研究救治理念、时机和并发症处理。结果生活基本自理:13例(21.67%),监护或扶持下步行19例(31.67%),坐轮椅16例(26.67%),植物人状态或死亡12例(20.00%)。结论掌握手术适应证、时机,防治并发症,是提高手术成功率,降低病死率和致残率的前提;颅内血肿微创术是一种方便、快捷、损伤小、安全有效的救治手段。Objective To observe clinical effect of intracerebral hemorrhage microinvasive operation on treating severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The 60 cases of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by intracerebral hemorrhage microinvasive operation. The curing theory,operation time,reheamorrage and treatment of complication were analyzed. Results 13 cases were self-caring on basic life（21.67%）,19 patients walking by care or offer aid（31.67%）,16 patients wheelchair-confide（26.67%）,12 permanent plant living state or died（20.00%）. Conclusion Mastering surgical adaptation syndrome,timing of surgery,prevention and curing of rehemorrhage is to increase success ratio of surgery and to reduce the mortality. Hard-tunnel microinvasive operation is a convenient, little damage, safe and effective means of treatment.
