中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的疗效评估报道

摘　　要：目的评估中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年4月-2016年1月我院收治的60例冠心病患者临床资料进行分析,根据随机数字法把60例患者分成对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组应用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加中医补气活血法治疗,对比两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组均未发生严重的不良反应。结论冠心病患者应用中医补气活血法能有效缓解患者临床症状,改善心肌缺血,从而延缓患者疾病进展。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM Buqihuoxue in treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group and observation group from April 2013 to January 2016. Western conventional treatment for control group,the observation group increased Buqihuoxue TCM therapy based on the control group,then comparison of two groups of treatment effect and adverse reactions. Results The treatment effect was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,and both groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The patients with coronary heart disease for TCM Buqihuoxue methods can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve myocardial ischemia,delaying disease progression in patients.
