摘　　要：目的探究急性阑尾炎患者采用CT诊断的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月-2015年11月收治的75例急性阑尾炎患者进行CT诊断和B超诊断,比较患者诊断的灵敏度。结果 CT诊断的灵敏度高于B超,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性阑尾炎患者采用CT诊断,操作简单,敏感度和准确率高,可为治疗方法的选择提供依据,有助于早诊断早治疗,促进身体恢复。Objective To explore the acute appendicitis were treated with CT diagnostic value. Methods CT diagnosis and B ultrasound diagnosis of 75 cases of acute appendicitis were selected from March 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital. Results The sensitivity of CT diagnosis was higher than that with B ultrasonically. Difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acute appendicitis patients with CT diagnosis,simple operation,sensitivity and high accuracy,can provide the basis for the selection of treatment methods,helpful to early diagnosis and early treatment,promote the recovery of the body.
