摘　　要：目的探讨斑点追踪成像技术评价不同程度心室重构高血压患者的心房功能。方法选取2013年9月-2014年6月我院确诊的原发性高血压患者122例。依据Ganan提出的按照左室质量（LVMI）和相对左室壁厚度（RWT）,将原发性高血压左室重构分为四组,即正常构型（NG组）、向心性重构组（CR组）、向心性肥厚组（CH组）以及离心性肥厚组（EH组）,另收集30例患者为正常对照组。以斑点追踪成像技术测定左心房功能。结果正常结构组患者和向心性重构组患者的左心室心尖部旋转角度峰值（PAR）高于向心性肥厚组和离心性肥厚组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论斑点追踪成像技术评价不同程度心室重构高血压患者的心房功能效果较好。Objective To evaluate the atrial function in hypertensions with different types of ventricular remodeling by speckle tracking imaging. Methods 122 cases of primary hypertension diagnosed in our hospital from September 2013 to June 2014 were selected. According to the left ventricular mass（LVMI）and relative left ventricular wall（RWT）which Ganan proposed,hypertensions who with left ventricular remodeling were divided into four groups,normal control group（group NG）, concentric remodeling group（group CR）,concentric hypertrophy group（group CH）,eccentric hypertrophy group（group EH） and 30 cases of normal. Speckle tracking imaging was used to detect left atrial function. Results Peak apical rotation（PAR）of left ventricular in normal control group and concentric remodeling group was significantly higher than concentric and eccentric hypertrophy groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Speckle tracking imaging was effective in evaluation of the different types of ventricular remodeling in hyperteinsions.
