系统性护理对正畸患者牙周健康的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究系统性护理干预对正畸患者牙周健康的影响。方法回顾性分析我院牙科近年进行正畸患者98例,常规组仅佩戴矫治器,护理组佩戴矫治器的同时给予系统性护理,比较2组治疗后的牙周菌斑及牙龈病变情况。结果护理组正畸后6个月菌斑指数与牙龈病变情况均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对正畸患者给予系统性护理可有效改善牙周健康,减少牙周组织受到的不良影响。Objective To study the health effect of systemic nursing intervention on patients with periodontal orthodontic. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital dental orthodontic 98 patients in recent years,the conventional group only wear appliance,worn appliance for care group while giving systemic nursing intervention,periodontal plaque and gingival lesions compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Orthodontic care group after 6 months of plaque index and gingival lesions were better than the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic patients given systemic treatments can improve periodontal health,reduce the adverse effect of the periodontal tissue.
