摘  要:针对银洲电厂1、2号汽轮发电机组短期内出现的3次功率振荡现象,首先从机组的运行方式以及产生功率振荡的时间顺序进行分析,锁定振荡源为1号机组;然后从汽轮机数字式电液控制系统控制卡件内部设置、机械液压系统、电液伺服阀、汽轮机润滑油品质等方面逐步排查,最终确定引起机组功率振荡的原因是机组运行中更换汽轮机主油箱润滑油,油扰动造成杂质悬浮,使多个机械部件出现卡涩现象。针对汽轮机润滑油品质监督管理工作,提出禁止机组运行中更换主油箱润滑油、加强滤油工作、严格执行设备定期检验和维护等防控措施。实施处理措施后,机组未出现功率振荡现象。In allusion to three times of power oscillation in short period of No.1 and No2.steam turbine generators of Yinzhou power plant,this paper firstly analyzes running modes of units and time sequences of producing power oscillation and determines the oscillation source for No.1 unit.Secondly,it investigates gradually several aspects including internal settings of control modules of the digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH),mechanical hydraulic system,electro-hydraulic servo valve,quality of steam turbine lubricating oil,and so on.Finally it determines reasons for causing power oscillation of units are changing lubricating oil in the main oil tank of steam turbine and oil disturbance causing impurities suspend which may result in bites of multiple mechanical components.In view of supervision and management on quality of lubricating oil of the steam turbine,it proposes pre-control measures such as prohibiting changing lubricating oil in the main oil tank when the unit is running,strengthening oil filtering,strictly implementing fixed overhaul and maintenance for equipments,and so on.After adopting these measures,there have no power oscillation observed in units.
