摘　　要：在汽车冲压件生产过程中,冲压外板件面品高点缺陷严重制约着车间的生产效率。叙述了冲压件高点缺陷的产生原因和检验方法。通过过程数据的分析,指出铁屑是产生高点的主要异物。分析了板料剪切产生铁屑原因,并给出了相应的对策,以降低汽车的制造成本。In the stamping process of automobile panels,high spot defect of stamped outer panel seriously restricts the workshop production efficiency.The mechanism and inspection method of high spot defect is described.Through the analysis of collected data,it is pointed out that iron chips is the main foreign body causing high spot.By analyzing the cause of iron chips in sheet metal shearing,the corresponding countermeasures are given to reduce the manufacturing cost of the vehicle.
