专业合作社服务满意度影响因素研究——浙江蔬果主产地农户调查

摘　　要：农民专业合作社的发展离不开农户的参与和支持,特别是农户的满意度很大程度上决定了合作社的可持续发展。基于此,文章对浙江代表性蔬果主产地专业合作社的240名社员进行调研。研究表明,影响农户对合作社服务满意度的显著因素有:年龄、文化程度、社会职务、种植面积、种植年限、土地租赁、蔬果收入的比例、加入合作社的年限、主动加入、是否农户主导型合作社以及对相关政策的认知程度。同时也得出一些与前人不同的研究结果,并提出建议。The development of farmers＇ professional cooperatives cannot be separated from farmers＇ participation and support, and especially the degree of farmers＇ satisfaction determines their sustainable development. This paper studies farmers＇ satisfaction and the influencing factors based on the survey of 240 farmers in typical fruits and vegetables producing areas in Zhejiang Province. The study indicates that the main influencing factors are： farmers＇ age, education level, social position, planting area, planting years, land leasing, vegetable and fruit income ratio, history of being a member of professional cooperatives, active join or not, farmer-initiated professional cooperatives or not. The paper also highlights some new findings which are different from the previous research conclusions and proposes some recommendations.
