高血压患者同型半胱氨酸与脉搏波传导速度关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与肱踝脉搏波传导速度(bapwv)的关系。方法:根据bapwv的值,将原发性高血压患者284例分为两组:bapwv正常组(bapwv<1 400cm/s)142例及bapwv升高组(bapwv≥1 400cm/s)142例,比较两组患者年龄、性别构成比、体质量指数、血压、血肌酐、血脂、空腹血糖及血浆同型半胱氨酸。结果:在单因素分析中,bapwv升高组患者的收缩压、舒张压、Hcy、空腹血糖、TG、TC、LDL-C显著高于bapwv正常组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示同型半胱氨酸、收缩压、空腹血糖及LDL-C是影响bapwv的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者同型半胱氨酸是影响bapwv的独立因素。Objective： To study the relationship between homocysteine and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity in hypertensive patients. Methods： According to the value of bapwv,284 hypertensive patients were divided into two groups： bapwv normal group（ bapwv 1400 cm / s,n = 142） and bapwv elevated group（ bapwv≥1400cm / s,n = 142）. The patients＇ age,gender ratio,body mass index（ BMI）,blood pressure level,creatinine（ Cr）,cholesterol（ CHO）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）,triglyceride（ TG）,fasting blood glucose（ FBG） and homocysteine（ Hcy） were measured. Results： Univariate analysies indicated that systolic blood pressure（ SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（ DBP）,Hcy,FBG,TG,CHO and LDL-C in bapwv elevated group were significantly higher than those in bapwv normal group（ P〈0. 05）. Logistic multivariate regression analysis indicated that Hcy,SBP,FBG and LDL-C were independent influencing factors of bapwv. Conclusion： homocysteine was independent influencing factor of bapwv.
