摘  要:目的:研究原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与肱踝脉搏波传导速度(bapwv)的关系。方法:根据bapwv的值,将原发性高血压患者284例分为两组:bapwv正常组(bapwv<1 400cm/s)142例及bapwv升高组(bapwv≥1 400cm/s)142例,比较两组患者年龄、性别构成比、体质量指数、血压、血肌酐、血脂、空腹血糖及血浆同型半胱氨酸。结果:在单因素分析中,bapwv升高组患者的收缩压、舒张压、Hcy、空腹血糖、TG、TC、LDL-C显著高于bapwv正常组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示同型半胱氨酸、收缩压、空腹血糖及LDL-C是影响bapwv的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者同型半胱氨酸是影响bapwv的独立因素。Objective: To study the relationship between homocysteine and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity in hypertensive patients. Methods: According to the value of bapwv,284 hypertensive patients were divided into two groups: bapwv normal group( bapwv 1400 cm / s,n = 142) and bapwv elevated group( bapwv≥1400cm / s,n = 142). The patients' age,gender ratio,body mass index( BMI),blood pressure level,creatinine( Cr),cholesterol( CHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),triglyceride( TG),fasting blood glucose( FBG) and homocysteine( Hcy) were measured. Results: Univariate analysies indicated that systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),Hcy,FBG,TG,CHO and LDL-C in bapwv elevated group were significantly higher than those in bapwv normal group( P〈0. 05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis indicated that Hcy,SBP,FBG and LDL-C were independent influencing factors of bapwv. Conclusion: homocysteine was independent influencing factor of bapwv.
