摘  要:磁致伸缩效应因其具有广泛应用在电磁学领域一直处于重要地位,对于高校理工科专业特别是物理专业而言,也是教学内容中的重点知识.然而,由于磁致伸缩效应尺寸微小、不便直观,专业测量设备体积庞大、价格高昂,因此,能够精确测量磁致伸缩系数并易于进行课堂演示的实验仪器具有重要的实用价值却始终处于空缺状态.本文基于"霍尔效应测量磁场"实验所使用的常见仪器,采用电阻应变计法设计制作了静态磁致伸缩演示实验仪.该仪器具有体积小、精度高、成本低、演示效果明显等诸多优点,既适用于课堂教学中磁致伸缩效应的演示,又可以作为学生自主操作的物理实验仪器进行使用,还可用于磁材料的磁致伸缩系数研究.Magnetostrictive effect has been playing an important role in electromagnetism field due to its wide application.As for university science and engineering major, particularly physics major, it is also the key knowledge in teaching.However, the magnetostrictive effect is not easy to be observed, in addition, the professional measuring equipment is huge and the price is high. Therefore, the experiment instrument that is able to measure the magnetostrictive coefficient accurately and is used to do classroom demonstration easily has very important value, but it has hardly been produced until now. Based on the experiment apparatus for measuring magnetic field by Hall Effect, we adopted the resistance strain gauge method to design and make the static magnetostrictive instrument. The instrument has many advantages: small size,high precision, low cost, significant demonstration effect and so on. It can not only be used to demonstrate magnetostrictive effect in classroom teaching, but also can become the physical experiment instrument for students' autonomous operation.In addition, it is also used to research the magnetostrictive coefficient of magnetic material.
