摘　　要：自1993年中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白（neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL）被发现以来,这种小分子分泌性蛋白一直被用于进行各种生物标记物的研究,如肿瘤和炎症等,然而近年来最引起重症医学工作者注目的是其在非选择性重症患者中表现出了很好的急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）早期诊断和预测能力,而且NGAL在重症患者病情和预后的评估方面也得到一些临床研究结果的支持.Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin（NGAL）is a novel biomarker for acute kidney injury（AKI）and have been shown positive effect on diagnosis and predict of AKI in some researches.Sepsis is so common disease with high mortality and morbility in intensive care unit that accurate and effective evaluation become more and more criticalat early stage.For this purpose,some biomarkers such as NGAL are enrolled into diagnosis and evaluation of sepsis.The article aims to get further information by review the current utility of NGAL in sepsis.
