摘 要:为了解银杏斑叶发生形成及其变化机制,定点定枝观察斑叶的形态变化及叶绿体超微结构,测定叶绿素相对含量。结果表明:斑叶表现为黄绿相间的条斑,观赏性较强,且其性状保持相对稳定;斑叶发生的植株其新梢和当年生短枝叶片的叶绿素含量均低于正常枝梢叶片,且呈显著差异;斑叶黄色部分超微结构发育与正常枝梢叶片不同,表现为叶绿体数目相对较少,基粒片层垛叠程度相对较低,疏松且色浅,膜结构模糊,形状不规则,片层出现降解;质体小球较多且密,无淀粉粒或很少。这为斑叶银杏的开发利用提供理论依据与技术方法。Variegated leaves in Ginkgo biloba L.with very important ornamental value from the same branches of the trees in Yangzhou University's ginkgo germplasm resources garden were used to observe and measure the changes of chlorophyll contents and chloroplast ultrastructure for understanding their varied performance and mechanism of formation and occurrence.Results indicated that:on the 1-year old long shoots and short branches,firstly,the character of variegated leaves on which the stripes chequered with green and yellow distributed remained relatively stable and showed higher ornamental;secondly,the chlorophyll contents in variegated leaves were significantly lower than that of normal branches;thirdly,the ultrastructure of the chloroplasts in variegated leaves was different from that of normal leaves,mainly for the relatively less chloroplast number,less stacking loose chloroplast grana lamellae,the chloroplasts with light color,fuzzy membrane structure and irregular shape,appearance of chloroplast lamellae degradation,more and denser plastoglobulus(osmiophilic granules)and no or few starch grains in the chloroplasts.The above results provided a theoretical reference and technical method for further research and utilization on the variegated leaves in Ginkgo biloba L.
