优质护理干预对直肠癌患者术后康复预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预对直肠癌手术患者术后康复预后的影响。方法选取2013年7月至2015年7月间接受手术治疗的112例直肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上接受优质护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者治疗前后语言评价量表(VRS)和数字评价量表(NRS)评分;护理前后自我护理能力以及患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果护理后,两组患者的VRS和NRS评分较护理前均显著减少,且观察组患者的VRS和NRS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后两组患者自我护理能力4项评分较护理前均有不同程度的增加,且观察组患者自我护理能力4项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为96.4%,显著高于对照组的83.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预对于直肠癌手术患者的术后康复预后具有积极的影响,有助于改善自我护理能力,增加患者对于护理工作的满意度,效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with rectal cancer after operation. Methods From July 2013 to July 2015 in The People＇s Hospital of Langzhong,112 rectal cancer patients were enrolled in the study. According to the digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group was given with high quality nursing intervention and those in the control group were given routine nursing. Before and after treatment,complained of pain scale verbal rating scale（ VRS）,digital evaluation in table numerical rating scale（ NRS） score and the patients satisfaction with nursing work for the situation between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment,VRS and NRS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. The scores of self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）.The satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 4%,significantly higher than that of the control group＇s83. 9%,with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions For patients with rectal cancer after surgical rehabilitation,high quality nursing intervention shows a positive efficacy,and can also help improve the self care ability,increase the patient satisfaction with nursing work. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
