摘 要:为了研究U-cor增强泡沫夹层结构的平拉性能,使用ABAQUS进行了渐进损伤分析。基于三维渐进损伤分析方法,通过用户子程序编写了复合材料本构;基于粘聚区模型,采用Cohesive Contact来模拟胶接界面的损伤;基于细观几何结构,假设周期性边界条件并建立了单胞模型。通过分析得到U-cor的平拉强度和损伤过程,并进行试验验证。结果表明:在平拉载荷作用下,发生损伤的部位是中间层泡沫以及基体与表层泡沫的胶接界面;试验值与计算结果误差较小,证明了有限元模型的准确性。该文研究成果,可为U-cor的强度预测提供可靠的仿真方法。In order to study the tension performance of U-cor reinforced foam sandwich structure,the software ABAQUS was adopted for the progressive damage analysis.The constitutive equations for the composite was programmed to simulate the damage progression by UMAT subroutine,based on the threedimensional progressive damage analysis(PDA);Cohesive Contact method was used to simulate the damage progression within the adhesive interface,based on the cohesive zone model(CZM);The periodic boundary condition was assumed and the cell model was set up according to the geometric micro-structure.The tension strength and damage progression were obtained through the analysis,and the result was verified by experiment.The result showed,the parts damaged at first under tension is middle-layer foam and the cohesive interface close to U-cor;the theoretical prediction coincides with the experimental data,proving that the model is accurate.The research attainment was reliable to provide simulation method for the strength prediction of Ucor reinforced foam sandwich structure.
