摘 要:目的:探索藏医隆滞布病(脑梗死)的用药规律,寻找其用药规范,为其进一步的临床研究提供用药参考。方法:收集2013年4月?2015年4月在西藏自治区藏医院接受治疗且满足纳入、排除标准的隆滞布病患者的病历资料中的用药情况,采用简单关联规则、序列关联等关联规则挖掘方法,分析病历中药物使用频次、高频药物组合及药物之间的序列关联规则、组合规律。结果:共筛选出高频组合9组,得出七十味珍珠丸、二十味沉香丸、如意珍宝丸、二十四味沉香丸、三十七味斑蝥丸为高频用药且相互间关联性强,挖掘出符合藏医给药原则的治疗隆滞布病常用药物组合为七十味珍珠丸(早晨)→如意珍宝丸或二十四味沉香丸(上午)→三十七味斑蝥丸(中午)→二十味沉香丸(晚上)。结论:前述常用组合的挖掘符合数据挖掘的科学性,用药理论能够为藏医药相关理论所解释,但仍需进一步临床实践研究的验证。This study aimed to explore the medication rules and criteria of Longzhibu Disease(LD), which was called cerebral infarction in western medicine, to lay a foundation for clinical Tibetan medical research in the future. Medicine records(Apr. 2013-Apr. 2015) within patients who were diagnosed with LD and met the inclusive and exclusive criteria, and treated in Tibetan Medicine Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region were collected. Simple and sequence association rules of data mining were applied to summarize LD related research information, such as the drugs frequencies, combinations of high-frequency drugs and sequence association rules among the drugs. The consequence included nine groups of high-frequency drug combinations. There were close mutual relationships among the following five high-frequency drug combinations, including Seventy Pearl Pill, Ruyi Zhenbao Pill, Twenty-four Aloes Pill, Thirty-seven Cantharis Pill and Twenty Aloes Pill. Outcomes of sequence association rule showed that Seventy Pearl Pill was recommended to be taken in the dawn, and Ruyi Zhenbao Pill or Twenty-four Aloes Pill in the morning, while Thirty-seven Cantharis Pill in the afternoon, and Twenty Aloes Pill in the evening in accordance with the principle of Tibetan medicine. It was concluded that as its scientificity, sequence association rule of data mining can meet the medication criteria of Tibetan medicine theories. Besides, the statistical results needed to be confirmed through more clinical trials.
