摘　　要：与中国的社会发展历程相似,越南在1986年也进行了其称之为"革新开放"(doi moi)的经济改革。改革至今的三十年间,越南经济发生了翻天覆地的变化,政治社会体制也发生了重大变化,劳动关系作为一个支撑经济改革稳定顺利进行的重要子系统,其变革的步子比中国大,研究越南劳动关系的变革,借鉴其经验教训,对中国构建与市场经济相适应的劳动关系协调机制大有裨益。Similar to China＇s social development, Vietnam carried out its economic reform known as ＂doi moi？＂ in 1986. Over the past 30 years, there were tremendous changes in Vietnam＇s economic system and thus its political and social system. Its labor relations as an important supporting system which helped economic reform carried on steadily went further than that of China. The research on labor relations reform in Vietnam and learning lessons from its experience could provide China enlightening in building the labor relation system in response to the market economy.
