摘　　要：糖尿病是一组以血糖水平慢性增高为特征的全身代谢性疾病,长期的高血糖状态可引起心血管、神经、肾脏、视网膜等组织的慢性进行性病变、功能减退甚至衰竭。维生素D(VitD)是一种脂溶性维生素,近年来发现其除有调节钙、磷代谢的经典作用外,还有调节免疫系统,调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及维持组织对胰岛素的敏感性等作用,这些与糖尿病发病及血糖控制密切相关。维持体内vitD正常水平对于糖尿病的防治有重要意义。Diabetes is a group of chronic systemic metabolic diseases characterized by elevated blood glucose level.Long-term hyperglycemia can cause chronic progressive lesion,dysfunction and even failure of cardiovascular,nerve,kidney,retina and other tissues.Vitamin D（VitD） is a kind of lipid-soluble vitamin.Recently it has been found some other functions such as regulating immune system,controlling cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and maintaining tissue sensitivity to insulin,which are essential to the development of diabetes and control of glucose,except its well-known role in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism.It is significant to maintain normal level of serum 25-（OH）D_3 for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
