摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者血浆网膜素1(Omentin-1)水平对高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚类分布的影响。方法收集在南华大学附属医院就诊的MS患者102例和对照组81例的血样,采用全自动生化分析仪测定血脂浓度及载脂蛋白含量,酶联免疫吸附法测定Omentin-1的含量,双向电泳-免疫印迹法测定人血浆HDL亚类的相对含量。按Omentin-1浓度均值加减去一个标准差作为分割点,将MS患者分为3组:低Omentin-1组(Omentin-1≤9.10μg/L)、中Omentin-1组(9.10μg/L<Omentin-1<26.68μg/L)、高Omentin-1组(Omentin-1≥26.68μg/L)。结果随着Omentin-1浓度的降低,MS患者血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及ApoB100/AⅠ和LDLC/HDLC比值均显著性增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、ApoAⅠ含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与低Omentin-1组相比,高Omentin-1组中小颗粒的preβ1-HDL和HDL3b含量显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),而大颗粒的HDL2a含量显著上升(P<0.05)。结论 MS患者血浆Omentin-1水平降低,且HDL颗粒呈变小趋势,低水平的Omentin-1可能与HDL亚类分布异常和血脂紊乱有关。Aim To investigate the association between high density lipoprotein（HDL）subclasses and Omentin-1 concentration in metabolic syndrome（MS）. Methods Concentrations of plasma lipids and the apolipoproteins in the MS subjects（n = 102）and healthy controls（n = 81）were detected by automated biochemical analyzer. The levels of Omentin-1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）kits. The contents of plasma HDL subclasses were determined by two dimensional gelelectrophoresis-immunodetection. According to the level of plasma Omentin-1,the MS subjects were divided into three layers amount（low Omentin-1 group（Omentin-1 ≤9. 10 μg / L）,middle Omentin-1 group（9. 10 μg / LOmentin-126. 68 μg / L）,high Omentin-1 group（Omentin-1≥26. 68 μg / L））. Results With the decrease of Omentin-1 concentration,the levels of plasma triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,ApoB100/ AⅠ and LDLC / HDLC were significantly increased in MS patients（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Meanwhile,the concentrations of high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDLC）,apolipoprotein AⅠ（apoAⅠ）were significantly decreased in MS patients（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Compared with the low Omentin-1 group,preβ1-HDL and HDL3 bwere decreased（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）,while the HDL2 awere increased significantly in high Omentin-1 group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of plasma Omentin-1 were decreased in MS patients,and the particle size of HDL showed a shift toward smaller size.The low plasma Omentin-1 may be related to HDL subclasses distribution abnormality and dyslipidemia.
