摘　　要：目的:评价无锡市某三甲公立医院的社会角色定位,验证社会角色定位评价指标体系的科学性、合理性和适应性。方法:基于基本医疗服务提供、基本医疗保障承担和国家社会安全促进3个一级维度,选用15个二级指标,采用TOPSIS方法对无锡市某三甲公立医院2003-2012年的社会角色定位进行综合评价,并运用门限自回归模型分析其结构变化及原因。结果:2003-2012年该院角色定位综合评价指数逐年上升,其取值范围为0.015-0.777。造成该变化的主要因素为床位数和医技人员总数,而非时间与政策干预变量。结论:该评价指标体系科学合理,具有一定的推广价值。该院社会价值呈现逐步回归的态势,但回归建立在机构粗放型增量发展的基础上,政策干预对其影响有限。Objective： To evaluate the social role of one tertiary public hospital in Wuxi Jiangsu province and verify the scientificity,rationality,and adaptability of the public hospital＇s social role evaluation index system. Methods： The social role evaluation index system of the public hospital in Wuxi aolopted three class- 1 indexes and fifteen class- 2 indexes based on basic medical service provision,basic medical insurance and national souety secfety. Then the index system was used to comprehensively evaluate the data of this sospital＇s social rote positioning from 2003 to 2012 with TOPSIS,and the threshold auto- regression model was used to analyze the structure change and the reasons. Results： There was an increasing tread in the public hospital＇s social value composite index in 2003- 2012 with the value range of 0. 045- 0. 777. This change was mainly swayed by hospital＇s hardware abilities,including the number of beds and staffs,instead of time and policy factors. Conclusion： The public hospitals＇ social role evaluation index system is recommendable. The social value of this public hospital in Wuxi presents a tendency of stepwise regression,which is built based on the extensive incremental development of the institute,instead of policy intervention.
