摘　　要：目的:调查省、市、县三级疾控人员环境卫生技术培训需求,为制定环境卫生技术培训计划提供参考依据。方法:对参加环境卫生技术培训的学员进行问卷调查。结果:54.8%的调查对象认为参加技术培训收获较大,但55.0%的对象认为培训对于实际工作推动作用不明显;69.1%的对象认为培训缺乏长效机制,60.9%的对象认为培训缺乏实践经验和操作技能的培养。不同级别调查对象培训需求有一定差异。结论:当前培训内容与调查对象实际工作需要之间还有一定差距,各级调查对象的培训需求也有差异。建议培训以结果为导向,建立健全长效机制,注重实践技能培养。Objective： To investigate the national environmental health technical training demands so as to provide evidence for making training plan. Methods： A questionnaire survey among environmental health technical training students is carried out. Results： 54. 8% of the respondents feel that they have learned a lot from training,but 55. 0% think that the promoting effect on actual work is moderate. 69. 1% think that there lacks long- term mechanism. 60. 9% think that there lacks training of practical experience and operating skills. Training demands among respondents of different levels are different. Conclusion： There is a gap between training content and actual work. Training should be designed as results- oriented. Long- term mechanism should be set up. Attentions should be paid to practical experience.
