摘 要:[目的]研究含有机磷农药降解菌的复合微生物肥料在果树增产、土壤改良及农药降解方面的作用。[方法]对复合微生物肥料进行桃树田间试验,测定增产率,检测施肥前后土壤容重、有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾的含量及有机磷农药的残留量。[结果]与对照相比,施用复合微生物肥料处理的桃树的单果重及总产量分别提高了28.52%和26.56%,2个复合微生物处理的土壤容重分别为1.18和1.20 g/cm3,且土壤肥力明显提高。复合微生物肥料对土壤中有机磷农药的最高降解率达78.49%,且在桃果中未检测出有机磷农药残留。[结论]复合微生物肥料可大幅提高桃果产量,对土壤具有一定改良作用,可有效降解有机磷农药,适合推广使用。[Objective] To research the effects of compound microbial fertilizer with microorganism of organophosphorus pesticides degradation on the increase of fruit yields,soil improvement and pesticide degradation. [Method] We performed the field experiment on compound microbial fertilizer of peach tree and researched the yield increasing rate. At the same time,we detected the bulk density,organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil and residues of organophosphorus pesticides before and after fertilization. [Result] Compared with control group,applying compound microbial fertilizer enhanced the fruit weight and total yield by 28. 52% and 26. 56%,respectively. At the same time,soil bulk density turned back to 1. 18 and 1. 20 g / cm3 in two treatments,and fertility of soil was markedly increased. The compound microbial fertilizer had the highest degradation rate of 78. 49% to organophosphorus pesticides,and organophosphorus pesticides were not detected in peach trees. [Conclusion] The compound microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the peach yield,has certain effects on soil improvement,effectively degrade the organophosphorus pesticides,and is suitable for promotion.
