摘  要:[目的]探索黔产吊石苣苔总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]以吊石苣苔总黄酮的提取率为考察指标,以乙醇为提取剂,采用单因素和正交试验考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、浸提次数、提取时间对吊石苣苔总黄酮提取率的影响。[结果]吊石苣苔总黄酮的最适宜提取工艺条件是乙醇浓度55%、料液比1∶20、提取时间2 h、浸提2次,在该条件下黔产吊石苣苔总黄酮提取率为5.152%。[结论]该工艺可为吊石苣苔的进一步综合开发提供参考。[Objective] To explore the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from L. pauciflorus. [Method]Extraction rate of total flavonoids from L. pauciflorus was used as the investigation index,single factor test and orthogonal test were carried out by using ethanol as the extraction solvent,so as to research the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction rate of total flavonoids. [Result]The optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from L. pauciflorus were as follows: 55% ethanol concentration,1∶ 20 solid-liquid ratio,3 h extraction time and 2 extraction times. Under these conditions,extraction rate of total flavonoids could reach 5. 152%.[Conclusion]This technology provides references for the further comprehensive development of L. pauciflorus.
