摘  要:哈大高铁是世界上第一条修建于严寒地区的采用无砟轨道的高速铁路,建设及运营管理均无成熟经验可供借鉴。针对哈大高铁出现的桥梁与路基防水保护层混凝土粉化、掉块,伸缩缝开裂、剥离,路基冻胀现象,分析其原因,并通过系统性的试验研究,确定采用PPU薄涂型聚氨酯防水漆进行混凝土表面封闭防护、采用低弹性模量密封胶嵌缝密封的整治方案。2013年进行了2 380.3 m的试验段整治施工,2014年进行了12 361 m的扩大试验段整治施工。试验结果表明,聚氨酯防护涂层对防止保护层混凝土粉化效果明显,并与嵌缝密封材料共同作用,有效防止地表水下渗,抑制了路基冻胀,使轨道几何状态得到了明显优化。Harbin-Dalian high speed railway is the first one which adopts slab-type ballastless track and is located in cold region.No experience of construction and operation management was available.Different damage types of Harbin-Dalian high speed railway,such as concrete efflorescence,spalling,expansion joint cracking and subgrade frost heaving,were analyzed.PPU polyurethane waterproofing coating was suggested to cover concrete surface,and low-elastic-modulus sealant was used for inlay sealing.This technology had been applied to 2 380.3 m railway in2013 and 12 361 m in 2014.The application results showed that polyurethane coating effectively prevented concrete efflorescence.In particular,the coating and the inlay sealing prevented the infiltration of surface water,and thus the subgrade frost heaving was controlled.In this way,the track geometry status was improved significantly.
