中文版新生儿重症监护室患儿家长需求量表的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的研究引进新生儿重症监护室患儿家长需求量表（NICUFamilyNeedIventory，NICU．FNI），并在NICU患儿父母中进行信效度检验。方法征得作者同意后采用翻译、回译和文化调试，并请6名专家进行CVI量表评价，形成中文版NICU—FNI量表。在251名住院患儿父母中进行NICU—FNI信效度评价。结果中文版NICU—FNI共40个条目．提取5个N子．累积贡献率为57．226％。该量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0．957，重测信度为0．875．内容效度CVI=0．934。各维度与总分间的相关系数为0．753～0．872，均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论中文版NICU家长需求量表在我国NICU患儿父母中初步检验有良好的信效度．可作为NICU患儿父母需求水平的评估工具，促进护理质量的提升和护患和谐关系的构建。Objective To introduce the Chinese version of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Newborns＇ Parents Needs Scale and test the reliability and validity among parents of hospitalized children. Methods After obtaining the consent from authors,the standard procedures of double-back translation and cross-cultural adaptation were con- ducted,and 6 experts were invited to perform CVI scale evaluation to compile the Chinese version of NICU-FNI scale. The reliability and validity of the NICU-FNI were tested among 251 parents of hospitalized children. Results The Chinese version of NICU-FNI consisted of 40 items. Five factors were extracted by factor analysis which ex- plained 57.226% of the total variance. The Cronbaeh＇s a coefficient of the Chinese version of NICU-FNI was 0.957,the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.875 and the content validity index was 0.934. The correlations of the scores between each item and the total scale ranged from 0.753 to 0.872 with statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Chinese version of NICU-FNI scale demonstrates good reliability and validity during initial testing in Chinese settings ,and can be used to assess the needs of parents of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit newborns.
